Another Successful Partnership with Be First – 149 New Sustainable Homes Delivered in Dagenham!
Construction is now finished on this exciting new residential community, delivering 149 sustainably heated homes on the former Transport House site, just south of New Road in Dagenham. Once home to Unite the Union and an adjacent car park, this space has been transformed into a vibrant new living environment, complete with undercroft parking for the neighboring Premier Inn.
Built using cutting-edge Modern Methods of Construction, these homes align with Be First’s mission to create environmentally friendly, future-ready communities. They also support the council’s ambitious Net Zero goals. This marks our second successful collaboration with Be First, following the completion of Chequers Lane.
Offering a mix of one, two, three, and four-bedroom homes, the development includes 31 homes at London Affordable Rent, 47 at Affordable Rent, and 71 for private rent—delivering quality, sustainable living options for a diverse range of residents.
