Originally from Ireland, Hollybrook is a family-run business built on a deep understanding of construction and a commitment to quality. We moved to the UK in 1987 and established Hollybrook in London, where we built a reputation for delivering high-quality, well-managed developments across the capital and beyond.

Today, we are proud to be working extensively in Ireland once again. With a well-established presence in the market, we are delivering major residential and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) schemes across Dublin and other key locations — supported by our award-winning site team.
