Hollybrook have secured planning permission for a new 82-bed specialist care home at the junction of Dell Road and Orsett Road, Grays, Essex. The three-storey development sits within easy reach of Grays town centre and railway station, on a prominent site that will make a significant contribution to elderly care provision across the borough.

The care home will deliver high-quality residential, dementia, palliative and respite care, with all bedrooms featuring en-suite facilities. Residents will benefit from a range of well-appointed communal spaces including a cinema room, spa bathrooms, landscaped gardens and a variety of dining and lounge areas, all designed to support comfort, wellbeing and an active daily life.

The development will be registered with the Care Quality Commission and is expected to create around 100 permanent jobs on completion.
