Hollybrook Completes 82-Unit Housing Scheme Providing Much-Needed Homes in Romford
The Crow Lane development delivered 82 high-quality new homes on a former brownfield site in Romford. Commissioned by the London Borough of Havering in partnership with Mercury Land Holdings, the scheme provides a carefully balanced mix of private and affordable housing to meet local needs.
The development includes 48 three and four-bedroom houses, each with private gardens and dedicated parking, and 34 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, all with allocated parking spaces. A total of 38 homes were delivered as affordable housing, helping to address overcrowding and provide larger family units within the borough.
Just a short distance from Romford station and future Elizabeth Line services, Crow Lane offers excellent connectivity while transforming a disused site into a thriving, sustainable residential community. The project has brought much-needed family housing to the area - delivered efficiently and with long-term value for the local community.
